Carolyn Mugavin: Sigma Chi House Mother 2002-present.

“She was part of the initial planning and an important factor in Mu Chapter's return to active status. Alumni petitioned the University upon the fact The Mu Alumni Association was serious about providing oversight and supervision of prospective members as well as to the House itself. Having a Housemother was one major component of that proposal. Her presence brings a woman's touch to fraternity living and she has played a vital role in Mu Chapter's success on campus. She is a gracious host and is much more than an adult authority symbol. She is an active participant among our Active male student member's lives and activities."     --Bill Mason, Class of 1957
